Here's what I spend hours a day looking at! Those two little white parts are the vocal cords. And the black space underneath is the trachea (breathing tube). This is looking down from the top.

...Woops my first post got deleted when I was adding my second one! Anyways, that is really cool that you are working for Uncle Stephen. It sounds like a fascinating job! I just hope that you get some time to rest once in a while, you work so hard! :) This may sound like a stupid question, but how do you look at the vocal cords??
